We are always developing our range of cakes and macarons, looking for fresh, natural ingredients.
Imagine our delight when we stumbled upon Steenbergs Organic. Run by a husband and wife team, this north Yorkshire-based company produces organic spices and cooking ingredients, which they sell on their website and from other outlets, together with other Fairtrade products.
We are particularly taken with their range of (edible) dried flower petals and sugars.
